Trademark Policy

Introduction

This policy outlines the proper use of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property ("Marks") of NCRYPTO Labs Private Limited ("NCRYPTO"). The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the Marks are used properly and that their value and integrity are protected.

Wordmarks and Logos

The NCRYPTO wordmark and logo, the Stalten wordmark and logo, and the KnytX wordmark and logo are registered trademarks of Naman Bishnoi in India and internationally. The N3NX Frontier Wolf logo, as well as the "Trust is us" wordmark, are also registered trademarks of Naman Bishnoi. These trademarks are licensed to NCRYPTO Labs Private Limited. Any use of these Marks must be in compliance with this policy.

Proper Use of Marks

The Marks may only be used to refer to NCRYPTO, its products or services, or as expressly authorized in writing by NCRYPTO. The Marks may not be used in any way that is likely to cause confusion, mistake, or deception as to the affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement of NCRYPTO or its products or services.

Use of Wordmarks

The wordmarks may be used to describe NCRYPTO's products or services, provided that the wordmarks are used in their entirety and are not altered or combined with any other words or designs. The wordmarks must be used as adjectives and may not be used as nouns or verbs.

Use of Logos

The logos may only be used by NCRYPTO or its authorized partners, vendors, or suppliers in connection with the promotion or advertising of NCRYPTO's products or services. The logos may not be used in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation with any third party, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion, mistake, or deception as to the source or origin of NCRYPTO's products or services.

Logo Devices

The NCRYPTO logo, Stalten logo, and KnytX logo are each a device consisting of a unique combination of shapes, colors, and design elements. Any unauthorized use of these devices is strictly prohibited.

Infringement

NCRYPTO will take appropriate legal action against any unauthorized use of its Marks. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of the Marks, please notify NCRYPTO immediately. For more information, refer to our copyright infringement policy.

NCRYPTO values its Marks and takes their protection seriously. Proper use of the Marks is important to ensure their value and integrity are maintained. This policy is intended to provide guidance on the proper use of the Marks, but it does not confer any rights to use the Marks.
